BUYER’S AGENTS:

We are seeking Buyer’s Agents who are professional, courteous, and possess excellent follow-up skills. The right candidate for this position must:

  • Be a licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Be energetic and have a positive attitude
  • Have the ability to track leads in a CRM program 
  • Be able to effectively take buyers through a systematized approach to buying a home
  • Have willingness to learn
  • Be able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Possess exceptional communication skills (via phone and face to face)
  • 0-2 years real estate experience preferred

 

LISTING AGENTS:

We are seeking Listing Agents who are professional, proactive, and client focused. The right candidate for this position must:

  • Be a licensed Real Estate Agent
  • Be energetic and have a positive attitude
  • Have the ability to track leads in a CRM program 
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with sellers throughout the process of selling their home from listing to closing
  • Be willing to learn
  • Be able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Possess exceptional communication skills (via phone and face to face)
  • 2-5 years real estate experience preferred

Administrative Openings

Real Estate Executive Coordinator:

We are actively looking for a Real Estate Executive Coordinator to join the Tamra Wade and Partners team. This applicant will provide support to the Resale Division and Listing Manager, and should be able to work collaboratively within a team environment. If you are an experienced real estate professional who is able to prioritize competing tasks and anticipate the needs of a team while maintaining a positive attitude, then we encourage you to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to Resale Agents and assist with contract issues as they arise.
  • Correspond with other departments to meet requests made by Resale Agents.
  • Track goals, contracts, closings, activities and prepare reports for the Resale Division.
  • Attend internal meetings, take notes, and schedule action items for required members on the Team.
  • Manage the life cycle of tasks and projects assigned to the Resale Division and Listing Team to ensure completion.
  • Develop internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training tools.
  • Complete Purchase Order forms for management approval.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
  • Schedule meetings and calendar management.
  • Answer phones, check voicemail, take messages, or transfer calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Learn how to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
  • Complete other assigned tasks and projects as requested.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia Real Estate License.
  • Proficiency in FMLS, GAMLS, NAVICA, and SWIFT.
  • Familiarity with GAR forms.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Real estate industry experience.
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Technologically / computer savvy.
  • Highly organized self-starter with superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly key data with accuracy.
  • Motivated to find a better way with the ability to develop and implement new systems to be more efficient.
  • Ability to think proactively and strategically about complex issues, and develop thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
  • Adept at building internal relationships and dialogue to help facilitate processes, as well as generate the right results.
  • Ability to understand how Agents and Real Estate Clients think and recognize how to use this information to improve our processes and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills (written and oral).
  • Desire to collaborate and work with a team of high-level producers.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and people-oriented. Enjoys working with different personalities and can adapt/accommodate to others working styles while achieving goals and objectives of projects and deliverables.
  • Strong moral and ethical character.
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters.
  • Professional appearance, professional dress, and positive attitude.

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Monday thru Friday, with flexibility to assist remotely on nights and weekends if necessary.
